1. OUR ROLE
1.1 Wiser Hospitality Group is an on-request membership based concierge service for single service bookings providing introductions, arrangements, and access to third-party suppliers including hotels, villas, restaurants, clubs, drivers, excursions, and event organisers. By making a booking, the lead person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons listed on the booking that;
- he/she has read these Booking terms and understands and agrees to be bound by them;
- he/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking for which this applies;
- he/she has adequate comprehensive travel insurance covering accident and injury, medical, cancellations, delays, and other costs;
- he/she are over 18 years of age and declares that he/she and all persons attending/using the booking are of the appropriate age;
- he/she is responsible for making payment of the booking to the service supplier;
- he/she has read and abides to the terms and conditions set out by the service supplier;
We, as the booking agent, accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the service supplier or for the failure to deliver services provided by them. Your booking request with us is subject to these Booking terms and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant service suppliers applicable to the booking. The service suppliers terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the service suppliers liability to you in the event of their insolvency either during or prior to the service commencing. Please ask us for the service suppliers terms and conditions if you do not have them.
1.2 We are not a package holiday organiser and do not sell or market packages or linked travel arrangements within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
1.3 Each service is contracted and paid for directly between you and the relevant supplier, unless otherwise stated.
1.4 In certain cases, Wiser Hospitality Group may receive a commission or referral fee directly from a supplier in return for introducing you as a client. Any such commission is a commercial arrangement between us and the supplier and does not affect the price you pay for the service. Your contract for each service remains directly with the supplier, regardless of whether we receive commission in connection with that booking. For clarity, receipt of commission does not convert our role into that of a package organiser or linked travel arrangement provider within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
2. DISBURSEMENTS
2.1 From time to time, as part of our concierge services, we may make payments on your behalf to third-party suppliers for ease of booking. Where such payments are made, they are treated as disbursements:
- We act solely as your agent when arranging and paying for these services.
- The contract for those services is between you and the supplier.
- You will receive the supplier’s original documentation.
- We do not apply any margin, commission, or mark-up to these costs.
- VAT is not charged by us on disbursements, as they are not part of our own supply.
- We will invoice you separately for any disbursements incurred on your behalf, shown at their exact cost.
- You remain fully responsible for the services provided by third-party suppliers.
- We do not assume liability for their performance or delivery.
3. SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH US
3.1 Where we book a service in our name (e.g. hotel, driver, excursion) and apply a margin, we act as a reseller of that single service only.
3.2 Each service is invoiced and itemised separately. We do not combine multiple services into a single inclusive price.
3.3 Our role is limited to reselling individual travel services, not combining them into a package.
4. INVOICES & PAYMENTS
4.1 You will be invoiced for:
- Concierge membership fees and service charges (standard VAT rules apply).
- Individually itemised services purchased through us with margin (VAT accounted for under TOMS where applicable).
- Disbursements (at cost, with no margin or VAT).
4.2 All invoices show a clear breakdown to avoid any confusion with package pricing.
5. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 All third-party services (e.g. hotels, drivers, restaurants, excursions) are provided under direct contracts between you and the supplier, unless specified otherwise.
5.2 Wiser Hospitality Group is not responsible for the performance, delivery, or quality of supplier services.
5.3 While we may assist with complaints in certain scenarios, any issues, cancellations, or complaints relating to supplier services must be addressed directly with the supplier.
6. NO PACKAGE OR LTA FORMATION
6.1 For clarity:
- Wiser Hospitality Group does not sell or market combined packages or linked travel arrangements.
- Where more than one service is arranged, each is contracted and billed separately.
- Bookings made more than 24 hours apart are not linked.
6.2 The services we provide are deliberately structured to ensure they do not fall within the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
6.3 Any suggested itineraries, examples, or recommendations we provide are for inspiration and convenience only. They are not combined offers and do not constitute a single contract or inclusive price.
6.4 If, despite the above, any arrangement were ever to be construed by a regulator or court as a “package” or “linked travel arrangement,” these Terms make clear that:
- Liability for the performance of each service remains solely with the relevant supplier;
- We accept no responsibility for supplier insolvency or failure;
- Insolvency protection obligations will not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing by us in advance.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Our liability is limited to:
- Errors in processing bookings we make directly on your behalf.
- Negligence in handling disbursements.
7.2 We are not liable for:
- Supplier insolvency or failure.
- Consequential losses arising from supplier non-performance.
8. MEMBERSHIP FEES & SERVICES
8.1 Concierge membership fees cover access to our black book, services, introductions, recommendations, and support.
8.2 Membership does not include the cost of travel services themselves, which are billed separately as outlined above.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
9.1 All customers agree to behave and dress in an acceptable manner, and adhere to any specific dress code if applicable by the service supplier.
9.2 If in the opinion of any manager or owner, or any other person in authority, your behaviour or dress code, or that of any member of your party, is inappropriate, disrespectful, offensive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, violence, excessive intoxication, or conduct likely to damage property or reputation (of Wiser Hospitality Group or our suppliers), cause distress, danger, annoyance, or result in the negative experience of other guests, customers, staff, or third party, we and the service supplier reserve the right to terminate your booking and/or membership immediately.
9.3 In the event of such termination or ejection from service provider, our liability or the service provider's where we have acted as an agent to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation, restaurant, transport, or other arrangement immediately, with no further obligations owed to you and/or your party by us or service provider.
9.4 We will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination, nor will any refunds be granted for early termination of stay or service.
9.5 Additionally you and/or your party may be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party.
9.6. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the service provider prior to departure.
9.7. Any failure to make such payment may incur legal costs from claims made to you and/or us as a result of your actions, and you will be liable to all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
9.8. You agree to indemnify us against any claims made by suppliers or third parties arising from your behaviour.
9.9. We will not be liable for any consequential losses, additional costs, or claims arising from such termination.
9.10. Neither we nor the service provider can be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other customers or individuals during your booking.
10. PROHIBITION ON COPYING
You must not copy any part of the website and services content or layout, with a view to creating or compiling any form of collection, compilation, directory or database unless we provide you with our prior express written consent to do so.
