The hilltop area is completely secured around the clock with CCTV surveillance and only accessible to guests via the main entrance.

The villa features 4 pools and a jacuzzi. From the heated main infinity pool and the jacuzzi, guests are treated with 270 degree views of Ibiza old town and the sea. The properties orientation is perfect in that it is south facing so has direct sunlight throughout the day as well as morning sunrise, not forgetting the evening sunset. By the beach pool there is an outdoor cinema which can be enjoyed day and night, and there is interconnected sound system all throughout the property both inside and out.

Indoors, the living area is spacious as it is elegant, and the spectacular views of the ocean can be seen through the large glass doors from the living areas as well as the bedrooms and terraces. 5 of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, and the state of the art kitchen is separate to the living room for those who like to cook.
